LDHS Class of 2020!
WELCOME TO OUR FRESHMAN ACADEMY!

LDHS Freshman Academy is the bridge from the 8th grade to 10th grade, and WE are MOTIVATING students to get there!

A Note to Parents
Dear Parents:
I would like to welcome you and your child to the Freshman Academy's website. By now, your student should be well-rested and geared up ready to go. Our teachers have planned exciting and enriching learning opportunities for our students and are eager to get started. I encourage you to visit our website periodically for updated information, teacher contact information, and important dates. We encourage and welcome your involvement in your child’s education. I urge you to become an active participant in your child's educational experiences. Please contact Ms. Cindy Godwin, the 9th grade guidance counselor, to arrange parent conferences. If your child is in the CAT program please contact Josh Dawkins, the CAT counselor. Both can be reached by calling the main office at 864-682-3151. I do hope you enjoy visiting our website. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance.

Sincerely,
Brandon G. Addy
Assistant Principal for the Freshman Academy
